Vintage 9K Gold Bloodstone Signet Ring · British Hallmarked Men's Ring

A handsome vintage British bloodstone signet ring crafted in solid 9K yellow gold.
 
The ring is set with a large rectangular bloodstone, displaying a deep forest green ground scattered with distinctive rusty-red flecks. Measuring approximately 11.85 × 10 mm, the stone has a broad, flat polished face and clipped corners, held securely within the substantial gold setting.
 
The shoulders have a wonderful architectural quality, tapering from the broad face of the ring and decorated on each side with three engraved linear details. It's a classic signet design with a little more character than a plain gold setting.
 
British hallmarks inside the band include the 375 mark for 9 carat gold, along with a maker's mark appearing to read A & Co.
