What are my payment options?

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes! We ship throughout Canada and the United States. Every order is carefully packaged, fully tracked, and insured for peace of mind.

Will I have to pay duties or tariffs on U.S. orders?

Accepted Answer

No. We want buying from us to be simple. All U.S. orders are shipped using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service, which means we pay any applicable duties, tariffs, or import fees before your package arrives. There are no surprise charges when your order is delivered.

Can you view prices in USD?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can switch the currency display to USD with the currency selector. Your checkout total may still appear in Canadian dollars (CAD) because CAD is our store currency. If you pay from the United States, your payment provider converts the charge to USD at the current exchange rate.

Do you offer payment plans or layaway?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer flexible layaway plans on most items. A non-refundable deposit of 10% to 25% is required, depending on the item and the length of the payment plan, with the remaining balance paid on an agreed schedule.

Please note that sale prices and promotional discounts are not available on layaway purchases. Once your final payment has been received, your item will be carefully packaged and shipped with tracking.

If you prefer, Afterpay is also available at checkout for eligible purchases.

Question 6

Can you hold a piece for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can reserve most items priced over $150 for up to 3 months. A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to hold the piece, with the remaining balance payable at any time during the reservation period. Once the balance has been paid in full, your item will be carefully packaged and shipped with tracking.

Please note that sale prices and promotional discounts do not apply to reserved or layaway items.

Do you offer ring resizing?

Accepted Answer

Yes, many of our rings can be resized. Simply add our Ring Resizing Service to your cart along with your ring: Ring Resizing Service.

The resizing fee is $50, and the turnaround time is typically less than two weeks. Rings resized at your request may still be returned in accordance with our return policy; however, the resizing fee is non-refundable, as the work has already been completed.

Please note that some rings cannot be resized due to their design, gemstones, or construction. If you're unsure whether a particular ring can be resized, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Can I cancel or change my order after I place it?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We can usually help as long as your order has not been shipped or altered.
If your ring has been resized, we can still cancel the order and refund the purchase price of the ring, but the resizing fee is non-refundable, as the work has already been completed.
If your order has already shipped, it can still be returned in accordance with our return policy. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we'll issue a refund once the item has been returned in its original condition.

Do you offer custom orders?

We do not offer custom orders at this time. All of our pieces are unique one-of-a-kind, and sourced from estate sales.

How do you describe the condition of vintage pieces?

We inspect each piece carefully and describe its condition as accurately and honestly as possible. Since these are vintage or estate treasures, they may show gentle signs of age and wear that add to their character. Any visible marks, repairs, or imperfections are noted in the listing whenever possible. We encourage you to review all photos carefully, as they form an important part of the description, and to contact us with any questions before purchasing. We're always happy to provide additional information or photos if needed.

How should I care for vintage jewelry?

Keep your jewelry dry, store it separately, and avoid perfume, lotion, and harsh cleaners. A soft cloth is best for gentle cleaning. For delicate or stone-set pieces, we recommend extra care and professional cleaning when needed.
