A wonderful vintage 14K yellow gold harem ring set with an abundant combination of turquoise and pearls.
 
Constructed from five individual gold bands, the ring opens and spreads across the finger, creating a beautifully dimensional layered design. Each band is decorated with small turquoise cabochons and creamy white pearls held in individual prong settings. Altogether, the ring contains 16 turquoise stones and 9 pearls.
 
The turquoise varies naturally in appearance from brighter blue to soft blue-green and deeper green tones, giving the ring considerably more character than a perfectly matched modern setting. The pearls provide a lovely contrast against both the turquoise and warm yellow gold.
 
At the back, the five bands are held together while retaining the characteristic movement and flexibility of a traditional harem ring. When worn together, the gemstone-set bands form an impressive cluster measuring approximately 15.75 mm wide across the top.
