Vintage 14K Gold Rope Chain · 15 Inch · 1.5mm Fine Gold Necklace

A classic vintage 14K yellow gold rope chain with a finely twisted construction that catches the light beautifully. Measuring 15 inches long, this is a shorter necklace length that sits close to the base of the neck and works equally well worn on its own or paired with a smaller pendant.
 
The chain is formed from tightly intertwined gold links creating the distinctive spiral pattern of a traditional rope chain. At approximately 1.5mm wide, it has a delicate appearance while the twisted construction gives it plenty of visual texture and sparkle.
 
Finished with a lobster clasp and stamped 14K on the end tab. An additional maker's mark is present on the opposite end tab but has not been identified.
 
At 3.1 grams, this is a lovely wearable vintage gold chain and a useful length for layering with longer necklaces.
