Vintage Sterling Silver Coral Pendant · Southwestern Style · Stamped Design

A vintage sterling silver pendant featuring a warm red-orange oval coral cabochon set within a decorative Southwestern-inspired design.
 
The approximately 9 x 5.5mm coral is held in a serrated bezel at the centre of the pendant. A darkened recessed field surrounds the stone, framed by an oval silver border decorated with hand-stamped geometric motifs. The combination of oxidized recesses and raised silver detailing gives the relatively small pendant plenty of visual depth.
 
The pendant has a pleasing handmade quality, including slight irregularities in the stamped decoration and construction that add to its character.
